Cancellation within 24 Hours of Purchase
- No Fee: If you cancel your order within 24 hours of making the purchase, you will receive a full refund without any cancellation fee.
- How to Cancel: Send an email to us with your order number and "Order Cancellation" in the subject line to initiate the cancellation process.
- Confirmation: After we receive your cancellation request, we will process it promptly. A confirmation email will be sent to you, and your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Cancellation after 24 Hours of Purchase
- Administrative Fee: Orders cancelled more than 24 hours after the purchase will incur a 5% administrative fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
- How to Cancel: Please send an email to us with your order number and "Order Cancellation" as the subject to cancel your order.
- Confirmation: Once your cancellation request is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. The refund, minus the administrative fee, will be processed to your original payment method.
Shipping Address Changes
- Before Shipment or Receiving Tracking Number: You may change your shipping address any time before your order ships or before receiving your tracking Number. To request a change, please contact us at info@peloite.com with your order number and the updated shipping address.
- After Shipment or Receiving Tracking Number: We are unable to cancel your order or change the shipping address once your order has shipped or you have received your tracking number. We encourage you to verify your shipping details at the time of purchase to avoid any inconvenience.
